3G Vibration Test Overview

Olympia Lighting conducted a high-vibration test on its LED Neon Flex in accordance with ANSI C136.31-2010, which outlines vibration requirements for roadway and area luminaires. The test was performed at 30 Hz and 3.0 G acceleration across the X, Y, and Z axes, with 100,000 cycles per axis—matching the conditions recommended for bridge and overpass installations. Upon completion of the test, the product showed no mechanical fatigue, cracks, or loose connections, and remained fully functional, with all components intact.
